Mount Douglas Manor: 84 units of affordable rental housing in Saanich.

Mount Douglas Manor was built specifically to provide comfortable homes and a safe, caring community for lower-income independent seniors aged 55 and older.

Breaking ground in 2017, “The Manor” was officially completed in the spring of 2019, boasting “Built Green Gold” technology, 35 studios, and 48 one-bedroom units — including two units with full wheelchair accessibility.

Mount Douglas Manor is an affordable housing building provided by Mount Douglas Seniors Housing Society. The Saanich property in which it's built was donated by the Anglican Church Women (ACW).
